Although I was raised in Colorado I have lived in our valley and surrounding area for 25 years and know the ins and outs of just about every aspect of it. I have raised my family here and have loved being involved with our community along the way. As a resident for so many years I have intimate knowledge of the area and love sharing it with clients who may ultimately become residents, neighbors and hopefully friends. I also understand that people need to leave the area for many reasons as well, and as much as I dislike seeing people leave, I am here to help make that process as smooth and effortless as possible for them. I do love helping them explore new areas and finding their replacement homes or using my connections and knowledge to find them a phenomenal agent if they are heading out of state.

I have taken my passion for people and real estate and partnered it with Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters to give my clients the best experience possible. I am a Full Time agent who is 100% dedicated my clients. I answer the phone, return emails and texts in a very timely fashion and if I don't happen to have an answer to a question, you can be assured I will find it and get back to you!  I pride myself in great customer service and knowledge of the real estate market.

I have served many families who were just starting the thought process of new home ownership all the way through to handing them the keys to their first home. What a joy that is!! On the flip side, selling your home of course requires a totally different approach and set of skills. Each homeowner has a different story and need. I listen and help formulate the plan that will address the goal you are trying to meet.
